Complaints

Within our practice we do our best to provide you with the best possible care and to inform you as well as possible. Our website is aimed at providing you with as much information and insight as possible about how our practice works and what its impact is on you.

Misunderstandings and/or errors may occur. We would like to discuss and resolve this with you as quickly as possible. We invite and encourage you to discuss this with your psychiatrist as soon as possible in order to find a solution as quickly as possible.

If you are not satisfied with the solution, you can contact an independent complaints officer. We are affiliated with the complaints procedure of ZZP Nederland. You can contact them via the following:
